Timothy W. Caldwell

Timothy W. Caldwell grew up in Putney, Vermont, graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College, and earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.

Tim has practiced law in the Upper Valley for more than 14 years and now concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration. He is a member of the New Hampshire and Vermont Bar Associations. In addition, Tim is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and WealthCounsel, all national organizations devoted to providing ongoing education and support to their members on various aspects of estate planning and administration.

Tim has served as chair of the Lyme School Board and has served on other community boards. For the last two years Tim has served as Chair of LEAVE A LEGACY NH/VT.

Tim and his wife, Margaret, who teaches Comparative Religion and Modern America at Hanover High School, live in Lyme, NH with their three children, Lucy, Heidi and Patrick.
